About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) India is recruiting eligible candidates for the role of EA – Contractor Staff / Assurance – Staff at its key delivery center in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assurance task deliverables compliant with EY Global methodology and professional standards.
• Participate in process walkthroughs and assist in control testing under the supervision of a Senior Engineer/Manager.
• Document audit procedures accurately while identifying operational risks and technical assurance issues.
• Interact regularly with global engagement teams to build strong working relationships.
• Proactively contribute ideas to enhance review procedure efficiencies across different client accounts.

Eligibility

• B.Com Graduates: 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in financial accounting and audit/assurance concepts.
• Professional Certifications: ACCA or CPA freshers are eligible to apply directly.

Skills

• Strong understanding of international financial accounting and assurance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook.
• Interest in business, financial commerciality, and industry sector dynamics.
