Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

Eltropy is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build real‑time digital communications and financial messaging user interfaces. The role is fully remote within India and focuses on delivering high‑performance, responsive web applications using modern React and TypeScript stacks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable frontend features using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices for performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize application load times and runtime performance for real‑time data streams.
• Maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building real‑time, data‑intensive web applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
