About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will join Docusign's Customer Admin team in Bangalore, focusing on building and enhancing enterprise account administration capabilities. Working within a scrum environment, the role emphasizes creating seamless, reliable, and secure micro‑service solutions that simplify complex workflows for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather design requirements and estimate development effort.
• Design and architect microservice‑based solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable and testable code.
• Participate in an agile scrum team delivering user‑friendly experiences and robust back‑end services.
• Own services from creation through monitoring, proactively handling production issues to meet SLA commitments.
• Research and evaluate new features and emerging technologies.
