About the role
Deutsche Bank is offering a 12‑month apprenticeship in its Divisional Control Office in Mumbai. The programme follows India’s National Apprenticeship Training Scheme and provides hands‑on experience in risk and control testing, governance, and stakeholder coordination within the Group Chief Operating Office.
Responsibilities
- Execute independent control testing for design and operating effectiveness following established methodology.
- Identify, validate, and report control deficiencies and associated risks.
- Prepare high‑quality workpapers and management reports documenting testing outcomes.
- Support risk and control governance forums with progress updates and issue summaries.
- Assist in shaping the annual testing plan and resolve scoping conflicts.
- Facilitate constructive stakeholder discussions and coordinate with control owners.
Eligibility
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Graduation batch year 2025 or 2026.
Skills
- Good knowledge of auditing controls.
- Strong drafting ability to clearly describe complex issues.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and structured presentation capabilities.
