Senior Full Stack Engineer (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to design and deliver scalable payroll, HR and compliance solutions for our global customers across APAC and EMEA. The role involves creating responsive web interfaces with React and TypeScript and building robust backend services using Express and Node.js, all in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end features for payroll, HR and compliance platforms.
• Develop responsive front‑end components using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain server‑side APIs and services with Express and Node.js.
• Optimize performance and reliability of both client and server code.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best coding practices.

Eligibility

• Minimum eight years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and Express.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience delivering large‑scale SaaS products.
