Dataman is hiring fresh graduates for a full‑time Software Developer position in Bangalore. The role involves building and enhancing software applications, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions for various industry domains.

Responsibilities

• Modify and patch existing software to address bugs, support new hardware platforms, and improve performance.
• Design and develop complex software systems using analytical models to evaluate outcomes.
• Assess hardware‑software interfaces with engineering teams to define technical specifications and benchmarks.
• Refine codebases for speed enhancements, hardware integration, and modern UI updates.
• Engineer scalable software architectures employing predictive mathematical modeling.
• Communicate directly with clients and internal departments to resolve technical challenges and plan maintenance.
• Provide transparent updates to stakeholders on project status, scope changes, and strategic proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand system constraints, capacity limits, and team velocity.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Freshers with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and willingness to learn.
