About the role

Cognizant Service Desk Off Campus 2026 is now open! Cognizant is actively hiring fresh graduates for its Digital Workplace Practice (Service Desk) Role from the 2025 and 2026 batch.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the Service Desk for end-users reporting IT issues.
  • Log, track, and resolve Service Desk tickets accurately and within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimise downtime and disruption for client end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex scenarios in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain knowledge base articles to enable faster resolutions for recurring issues.

Eligibility

  • Any 3-year UG degree (BCom, BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, etc.) graduating in 2025 or 2026.
  • Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG.
