About the role
Citi is looking for a Quality Analyst to join its technology team in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on monitoring, assessing and improving processes and data quality across projects, ensuring that deliverables meet Citi’s standards before they go live.
Responsibilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and help design test scripts and plans for new applications.
- Conduct process monitoring, product evaluations and audit activities, documenting findings in non‑conformance reports.
- Track and resolve non‑conformance items to guarantee smooth production roll‑outs.
- Create and maintain testing verification matrices and quality‑metric dashboards.
- Verify traceability of work products and provide data‑driven recommendations for policy or procedural improvements.
- Communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences and assist with risk‑assessment activities.

Eligibility
