About the role
The Citi Investment Banking Apprenticeship is a 12‑month, full‑time program for recent graduates. Based in Mumbai, the role is remote‑enabled and offers a stipend of ₹2.4–3 LPA while providing hands‑on exposure to banking operations and risk‑aware decision making.
Responsibilities
- Execute routine operational and administrative tasks under detailed guidance.
- Apply standard procedures to complete low‑complexity activities.
- Support team communication by sharing basic information with colleagues.
- Troubleshoot straightforward problems using predefined options.
- Handle document handling, printing, copying, and material receipt.
- Perform basic computer activities and assist with limited product/service support.
Eligibility
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026 (or within five years of graduation).
- No prior work experience required.
- Must not have participated in any government apprenticeship program.
- Applicants should have an Aadhaar linked to personal mobile and email.
Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint.
