About the role

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 supports Citi's TTS‑Client Operations in Mumbai by managing expense reporting, financial entries, and regulatory clearing tasks. The role involves analysing large data sets, preparing dashboards for senior management, and collaborating with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and streamline expense lines.
• Prepare and submit flash reports, variance analyses, head‑count trends, and other regional performance decks.
• Post financial entries such as accruals and re‑classifications for TTS‑Client Ops.
• Analyse expense data to generate actionable insights and support cost‑rationalisation initiatives.
• Handle clearing‑related projects, regulatory submissions, and ad‑hoc reviews (e.g., fraud, interest payouts, vendor penalties).
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across country and regional teams to meet tight deadlines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• C.A. or MBA in Finance preferred.
• 0‑3 years of experience in business planning, expense management or related analysis.

Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation abilities.
• Financial reporting and MIS reporting expertise.
• Experience with Workday and expense‑management processes.
• Data analysis and number‑crunching capability.
• Ability to design dashboards and visualise insights.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Stakeholder management under tight timelines.
