About the role

The position focuses on delivering automation solutions and problem‑management expertise for building management systems (BMS). Based in Bangalore, the specialist will design, deploy and support automation packages, work closely with customers and internal teams, and ensure reliable operation of HVAC and other building equipment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement automation packages for BMS control systems.
Gather requirements from various functions and translate them into technical solutions.
Analyse root causes of issues, propose short‑term and long‑term fixes, and document enhancements.
Lead integration of controllers with central supervisory platforms, including planning, execution and remote commissioning.
Conduct pilots, proof‑of‑concept deployments, and oversee project KPIs from initiation to closure.
Support product management during UAT and post‑release phases, and provide training through the academy.

Eligibility

4–8 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology (B.E/B.Tech) in a related field.
Exposure to field HVAC assets and operational knowledge.

Skills

Hands‑on experience with Reliable Controls and other BMS platforms.
Programming and commissioning expertise for BMS logic, AHU, chiller sequences and RTUs.
Strong integration and troubleshooting skills across BMS components.
Analytical problem‑solving ability and understanding of building equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and effective verbal and written communication.
