About the role

Capco is looking for a mid‑level Salesforce Developer to join its Tech & Engineering team in Pune. The role involves designing, building, and customizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and tailor applications on the Salesforce platform with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Gather requirements from business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
  • Support enhancements for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.

Eligibility

  • 4 to 7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and integration techniques.
  • Location: Pune, India with a hybrid work arrangement.
