About the role

Capco is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its Tech & Engineering team in India. The role involves building modern web applications for leading banks and financial institutions, leveraging Java or Python on the backend and Angular or React on the front‑end, while integrating generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services using Java or Python.
  • Create responsive user interfaces with Angular or React.
  • Implement and consume REST APIs and micro‑service architectures.
  • Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and integrate large language models.
  • Perform prompt engineering, chatbot development, and AI model integration.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise code and database interactions.
