ATP – Prod Support

About the role

Capco is seeking driven entry-level talent for the position of ATP – Prod Support (Associate Talent Program – Application Platform Support) at its primary corporate delivery center in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities

• Platform Maintenance: Provide functional assistance and platform support workflows for client-facing Banking and Trading applications.
• Query Infrastructure Execution: Formulate and maintain structural SQL queries to check data integrity and trace information blocks across transactional tables.
• Scripting Automation: Practice basic Python automation structures to optimize log analysis, handle system health tracking, and parse application errors.
• Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring: Track distributed applications running on Amazon Web Services (AWS) clouds to capture data flow issues and system bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal engineering teams, cross-functional project leads, and external client stake owners to fix production dependencies promptly.

Eligibility

• Graduates with B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc. degrees specializing in Computer Science, Software Systems, or Information Technology.
• Consistent and bright academic track record.
• Greater understanding of programming languages – AWS, Python, SQL.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Must have an excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
