SDE – Customer Engineering

About the role

BrowserStack is looking for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) – Customer Engineering to join their team. The role focuses on Automation Testing (Selenium & API) alongside technical Pre-Sales and Post-Sales customer enablement.

Responsibilities

• Driving end-to-end technical evaluation of BrowserStack products for prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinating with customer stakeholders to resolve technical queries and architectural roadblocks.
• Leading Customer Engineering activities including technical discovery, RFP responses, architectural guidance, and L3 support escalations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Selenium & API) OR 2026 pass-out graduates with prior technical internship experience.

Skills

• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, Selenium, API testing, programming languages, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
