About the role

Baker Hughes is inviting applications for the Early Career Trainee: AI Engineer role at its Bangalore facility. This 11-month traineeship is designed to help fresh talent develop their technical knowledge, soft skills, and gain invaluable on-the-job exposure in the energy technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong foundation in engineering, analytics, physics-based modeling, and digital tools to practical, real-world challenges.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and integration of AI model serving solutions and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Platform & MLOps, Reliability & Support, Security, Data, and Product teams.

Eligibility

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Must have graduated within the past 12 months (2025/2026 batches).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 7 (on a 10-point scale).

Skills

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
