Software Trainee

About the role

Appinventiv is hiring fresh Software Trainees for its Delhi office. The role offers hands‑on exposure to software development, where you will assist senior engineers in building, testing and maintaining applications. You will work on real projects, learn industry‑standard tools and practices, and develop core programming skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing and maintaining software applications.
• Write clean, efficient code following coding standards.
• Identify, debug and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with developers and team members on assigned tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities and documentation.
• Continuously learn and apply new programming languages, frameworks and tools.

Eligibility

• Graduated with B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc or BCA (any discipline, with a preference for Computer Science or IT).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and problem‑solving.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in at least one language such as Java, Python, C++ or JavaScript.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms and object‑oriented concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (advantageous).
• Debugging, testing and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
