About the role

Anthropic is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to lead growth initiatives. You will build and ship React‑based features, run data‑driven experiments, and help increase user acquisition and revenue for the company’s AI products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using React and related technologies.
• Plan and execute growth experiments that measure impact on user sign‑ups and monetisation.
• Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to translate insights into feature improvements.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability for high‑traffic growth services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in building consumer‑facing web products.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of shipping growth‑focused features.

Skills

• React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Full‑stack development (Node.js, REST APIs, databases).
• Data analysis and A/B testing frameworks.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
