Frontend/Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Aida, a fast‑growing B2B enterprise AI startup, is looking for a Frontend/Fullstack Engineer to build and enhance user‑facing conversational AI applications. You will work on React and Next.js based products, collaborating with a small founding team to deliver high‑impact features for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new frontend features from the ground up.
• Develop and maintain UI components and reusable libraries.
• Implement user‑facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Apply TailwindCSS for styling and optionally integrate TanStack/React Query.
• Collaborate on full‑stack tasks when needed, ensuring end‑to‑end functionality.
• Leverage strong data‑structures and algorithm knowledge to solve complex problems.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with React (ideally 4+ years).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Experience in early‑stage growth startups is a plus.
• Ability to work hybrid in the Palo Alto office three days a week.
