About the role

As an Associate Principal Engineer for Frontend, you will be the cornerstone of our R&D efforts in Bangalore. You are empowered to lead technology development, manage software lifecycles, and act as the first point of contact for complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Shape the architecture of next-generation industrial control software.
• Maintain deep technical proficiency in modern web methodologies and tools.
• Design and implement new features while resolving critical system issues reported by global users.
• Lead design discussions, IP strategy initiatives, and technical training sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD optimization and workflow automation.

Eligibility

• 8–10 years of experience with a high-performing software team.
• At least 6 years specifically dedicated to AngularJS design and development.
• Practical experience with relational, time-series, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Bangalore.
