Zepto, operated by KiranaKart Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is an Indian quick-commerce company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra that delivers groceries, fresh produce, dairy, household essentials, personal care, and other daily-needs items typically within 10 to 20 minutes from a network of dark stores across major Indian cities. The company offers consumer applications for Android and iOS, a web shop, and recently launched lifestyle and category-extension experiences within its app.

The company was founded in 2021 by Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, two Stanford University drop-outs who returned to India to launch a hyperlocal grocery delivery model based on a dense network of small fulfilment centres. Zepto raised institutional capital from investors including Y Combinator, Nexus Venture Partners, Glade Brook, StepStone Group, and several Indian family offices and reached unicorn valuation in 2022. The company has since continued to raise large funding rounds, expand its dark-store network, and reportedly plans to file for an Indian initial public offering.
