About Ping Identity
Ping Identity Holding Corp. is an American identity-and-access-management (IAM) software company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The company provides single-sign-on, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access, customer-identity-and-access-management (CIAM), identity-governance, identity-verification, fraud-protection, and identity-orchestration products to enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, retail, government, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Ping Identity was founded in 2002 by Andre Durand and grew through a combination of organic product development and acquisitions of companies including Symphonic Software, ShoCard, Singular Key, and Slash ID. The flagship Ping Identity Platform — also marketed as PingOne — combines workforce, customer, and partner identity capabilities into a single cloud platform supported by on-premises components for regulated environments. In 2022 Ping Identity was acquired by the private-equity firm Thoma Bravo and taken private; later that year Thoma Bravo announced a combination with the identity-governance vendor ForgeRock, with the integrated business marketed under a unified Ping Identity brand. The company has substantial engineering and operations centres outside the United States, with a major India centre in Bengaluru that supports product engineering, customer-experience, and information-technology functions for the global business, alongside offices in Vancouver, Tel Aviv, London, and Sydney. Indian fresher and early-career hiring at Ping Identity typically targets software-engineer, security-engineer, quality-engineering, customer-support, and customer-success roles, with applications routed through the Ping Identity careers portal.
