Odoo S.A. is a Belgian open-source enterprise-software company headquartered in Ramillies, near Brussels, Belgium. The company was founded in 2005 by Fabien Pinckaers under the name TinyERP, was renamed OpenERP in 2008, and was rebranded as Odoo in 2014 to reflect a broader product scope beyond traditional enterprise resource planning.
