The company was founded in 2016 by Vijay Arisetty, Abhishek Kumar, and Shreyans Daga, with an initial focus on streamlining visitor entry and gate-management workflows in Indian gated residential societies. The MyGate platform combines a resident super-app, a management-committee dashboard, and an operator-facing app for guards and society staff.
