About GrowthSchool
GrowthSchool is an Indian online-education company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company partners with senior industry practitioners to design and run live, cohort-based programmes in disciplines including product management, growth and marketing, UX and UI design, data analytics, generative AI, and personal-effectiveness skills. The company was founded in 2021 by Vaibhav Sisinty, an entrepreneur and growth practitioner who had previously held leadership roles at Uber and Klook. GrowthSchool is operated by Sisinty Ventures Private Limited and uses a curriculum model in which industry mentors teach short, time-boxed programmes that combine live sessions, peer learning, community interaction, and project-based assignments. GrowthSchool came out of stealth in January 2022 with a $5 million seed round led by Sequoia Capital India (now Peak XV Partners) and Owl Ventures, with participation from more than 80 angel investors including Kunal Shah, Ritesh Agarwal, Nikhil Kamath, and Tanmay Bhat. The company operates a B2C marketplace for cohort-based courses and a B2B offering, GrowthSchool for Business, that delivers structured upskilling programmes for enterprise teams. The company employs roughly 200–500 people across its Bengaluru headquarters and remote teams. Its mentor network is drawn from companies including Amazon, Swiggy, Google, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Hotstar, and Freshworks. Indian fresher and early-career hiring at GrowthSchool typically targets growth, content, programme-management, learning-experience, customer-success, and software-engineering roles. Applications are routed through the company’s Keka-hosted careers portal at sisinty.keka.com/careers and the GrowthSchool LinkedIn page.
