Disprz, formerly known as Learntron, is an Indian software-as-a-service company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The company builds an enterprise learning-and-skilling platform that supports employee onboarding, role-based learning paths, frontline and field-force enablement, compliance training, generative-AI tutoring, and skills measurement and analytics for large workforces. Disprz was founded in 2015 by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha. Subramanian Viswanathan is the co-founder and chief executive officer, while Kuljit Chadha serves as co-founder and chief operating officer. The platform is sold under the disprz.ai brand and is operated by the legal entity Sapien Learn Private Limited, which is the parent of the Disprz keka-hosted careers portal. The company’s customers include enterprises across financial services, retail, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare. Public customer references include Amazon, GE Aviation, Yoma Bank, Thrasio, Standard Chartered, Starbucks, Emirates NBD, HDFC ERGO, Indian Oil, Petronas, and DG Sharaf, among more than 375 enterprises across multiple regions. Disprz raised a $30 million Series C funding round announced in 2024, led by Lumos Capital with participation from 360 ONE Asset (formerly IIFL Wealth) and existing investors including Kae Capital, KOIS, and Dallas Venture Capital. Total funding to date is in the order of $50 million.
