About DHL IT Services

DHL IT Services is the in-house global information-technology organisation of DHL Group (formerly Deutsche Post DHL Group), the German multinational logistics company. DHL IT Services builds, runs, and continuously evolves the software platforms, infrastructure, and digital products used across DHL Group's business divisions, including DHL Express, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, DHL eCommerce, and the corporate functions of the parent group. The organisation traces its roots to the consolidation of Deutsche Post World Net's IT operations in the late 1990s and early 2000s, with three principal global delivery centres established in Prague (Czech Republic), Cyberjaya (Malaysia), and Chennai (India). DHL IT Services is part of DHL Group, which was founded in 1969 by Adrian Dalsey, Larry Hillblom, and Robert Lynn as DHL and is now owned by Deutsche Post AG, headquartered in Bonn, Germany. The technology portfolio spans transport-management systems, warehouse-management and supply-chain platforms, customer-facing tracking and shipping applications, e-commerce solutions, data and analytics platforms, cybersecurity, network and infrastructure operations, and SAP-based finance and HR systems used across DHL's global operations in more than 220 countries and territories. DHL IT Services employs more than 6,000 IT professionals across its global delivery centres. The Prague, Cyberjaya, and Chennai offices have been certified as Great Place to Work locations. Indian fresher and early-career hiring at DHL IT Services targets software-engineering, cloud-engineering, cybersecurity, SAP, data-engineering, IT-operations, and service-management roles, with applications routed through DHL Group's careers portal at careers.dhl.com.
