The Catchpoint platform combines synthetic monitoring across global vantage points, real-user monitoring (RUM), endpoint and enterprise monitoring, and internet-and-BGP telemetry, packaged with high-fidelity data collection and configurable analytics dashboards. Customers use the platform to detect outages and performance regressions in their websites, web applications, APIs, content-delivery networks, DNS, and ISP paths before they materially affect customers, and to debug incidents in distributed and third-party-heavy architectures.
