About Catchpoint
Catchpoint is an American internet-resilience and digital-experience-monitoring company headquartered in New York City. Founded in 2008 by Mehdi Daoudi, Dritan Suljoti, Imran Mohammed, and Stephen Wu, the company operates an observability platform that monitors how applications, networks, and the wider internet stack behave from the perspective of end users, employees, and partners. The Catchpoint platform combines synthetic monitoring across global vantage points, real-user monitoring (RUM), endpoint and enterprise monitoring, and internet-and-BGP telemetry, packaged with high-fidelity data collection and configurable analytics dashboards. Customers use the platform to detect outages and performance regressions in their websites, web applications, APIs, content-delivery networks, DNS, and ISP paths before they materially affect customers, and to debug incidents in distributed and third-party-heavy architectures. Catchpoint's customer base spans large online retailers, Global 2000 enterprises, content-delivery and cloud-service providers, and other digital-first businesses. The company maintains a network of thousands of monitoring nodes deployed across wireless networks, backbone and last-mile points, enterprise environments, and ISP infrastructure, and it sells primarily into IT operations, site-reliability engineering, network engineering, and digital-experience teams. Catchpoint runs an India engineering and customer-operations centre, with hiring focused on software, site-reliability, customer-engineering, support, and data roles. Indian fresher and early-career applications are sourced through the company's careers portal and standard tech-hiring channels.
