About the role

Zensar is hiring for its Jr Talent Hiring programme at Bengaluru, inviting 2025 and 2026 pass-out BE/B.Tech Computer Science graduates with strong coding fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Coding & Development: Apply sound coding principles to build and maintain quality software components.
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Use strong DSA skills to design efficient, scalable solutions.
• Agentic Engineering: Understand and contribute to modern agentic engineering approaches.
• Problem Solving: Bring a strong data background and act as a problem solver on real project challenges.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate and present ideas, outcomes and system behaviours to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Eligibility

• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science.
• Batch Year: 2025 or 2026 pass-out with a strong academic pedigree.
• Technical Skills: Sound coding principles, Data Structures and Algorithms, understanding of agentic engineering and a strong data background.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
