About the role

TVS Next is seeking a senior full‑stack AI developer to lead the creation of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions on Azure. You will design, build and deploy AI assistants, copilot‑style apps and intelligent document‑processing pipelines, collaborating with architects, data teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI, GPT models and related services.
  • Develop backend services and micro‑services with .NET/.NET Core, C#, Python, FastAPI or Flask.
  • Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector‑search solutions for enterprise knowledge search.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other business platforms.
  • Guide secure AI design with Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity and Azure security best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews and champion best‑practice standards.

Eligibility

  • 5–8 years of overall software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on .NET/.NET Core and C# development.
  • Strong Python expertise for AI and Generative AI projects.
  • Proven experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT, embeddings and prompt engineering.
