About the role

Teradata is looking for a Product Support Engineering Intern to join its Global Support Organization in Hyderabad. The role offers hands‑on exposure to database, platform, networking and AI technologies while helping customers resolve complex issues and building automation tools.

Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of Teradata products and services.
Interact with customers to analyse incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and propose solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to isolate defects and drive escalations.
Create and improve scripts, tools and AI‑driven automation for support processes.
Contribute to knowledge‑base articles, technical documentation and operational playbooks.
Monitor metrics, support reporting and suggest process standardisation.

Eligibility

Pursuing a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
Strong grasp of operating systems, database concepts and computer networks.
Good programming fundamentals, analytical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
