About the role

TELUS Digital is hiring fresh graduates of 2026 as Annotation Analysts to support AI model training. The position is office‑based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat and works on a 24/7 shift schedule that includes night shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Label and annotate image, text, audio or video datasets using specialised tools.
Review and correct existing annotations to maintain high data quality.
Collaborate with machine‑learning engineers and data scientists to clarify annotation requirements.
Apply visual‑spatial reasoning to floor‑plan and interior‑layout data.
Follow detailed guidelines, meet productivity targets and project deadlines.
Provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines and workflows.

Eligibility

Any graduate or postgraduate completing studies in 2026.
Freshers are welcome; no prior professional experience required.
Possession of a certification in AutoCAD, VFX, graphic design or Photoshop.
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational weekends in an office environment.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data‑entry or annotation tools.
Knowledge of image‑editing software (e.g., Photoshop) or 3D‑modelling tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
