Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Synthlane Technologies is seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front‑end applications. The role focuses on designing APIs, optimizing PostgreSQL databases, and delivering clean React.js interfaces while collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑performance backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Create component‑based front‑end features with React.js.
• Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs and integrate them with third‑party services.
• Craft efficient database schemas and write optimized PostgreSQL queries.
• Debug production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and improve system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, testable code.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates (2024‑2026) with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
