About the role
Swiggy Instamart is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its Search platform. Based in Bangalore, the role focuses on shaping the strategy, roadmap and execution of search and ranking systems that power instant grocery discovery for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end Search roadmap covering ranking models, query understanding, personalization and relevance.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and Design teams to build scalable, reliable search experiences.
- Design and run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) to boost engagement, conversion and retention.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for Search performance, reliability and issue escalation.
- Track key metrics such as relevance, click‑through rate, conversion and latency.
- Mentor peers and raise the bar on data‑driven product development.
Eligibility
- 6–9 years of overall product management experience.
- At least 4 years of experience managing consumer‑facing search technology in a B2C environment.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on work with data‑science ranking models.
- Proven record of shipping large‑scale search or recommendation products.
Skills
