About the role

Stripe is hiring fresh engineering graduates to join its Bangalore office as full‑time Software Engineers. The position is open to candidates graduating by summer 2027 and offers the chance to work on high‑impact financial infrastructure used by millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable services in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala or Go.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features that power Stripe’s global payments platform.
Learn and apply AI‑assisted development tools while ensuring code quality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving large codebases.
Take ownership of small projects and support larger initiatives.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, to be completed by summer 2027.
Up to 18 months of professional experience (excluding internships).
Strong written communication skills.

Skills

Proficiency in at least one of Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, Go.
Experience with side projects, internships, or collaborative coding assignments.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and work with mentors.
Familiarity with AI tools for development.
