Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited has announced an exciting opening for the role of Trainee within its Global Business Services (GBS) ecosystem. This full-time, permanent position is based out of the Bangalore hub and is custom-tailored for Early Professionals and Freshers holding a B.Com or BBA degree.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business travelers and manage related compliance requirements.
• Proactive identification of compliance and/or risk issues surrounding all aspects of mobility.
• Manage the day-to-day in-house compensation management process.
• Partnering with vendors on compensation processes.
• Deep partnership with Payroll team to ensure seamless delivery of expatriate compensation.

Eligibility

• Completed 3-year professional Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
• Foundational capability across Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on advanced MS Excel features.
• Crisp, clear verbal and written English communication capacities.
• Data privacy awareness and ability to handle highly confidential corporate financial and sensitive personal profile documentation securely.
