About the role

Salesforce is hiring fresh graduates for the Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS) Software Engineer position under its Futureforce University Program. The role involves building and scaling cloud‑based products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and can be based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or worked remotely.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and deliver highly scalable software solutions.
Learn and contribute to Salesforce’s development processes and improve the existing code base.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers and performance experts to create new features.
Create test strategies, automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to raise code coverage.
Analyze requirements, design test cases and build automated test suites.

Eligibility

B.E. or B.Tech graduate of the 2027 batch in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or a related discipline.
Minimum CGPA of 7.0 with no backlogs.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective team player with good communication skills.
Self‑starter attitude and high motivation.
Experience or familiarity with telemetry and metrics for operational excellence.
