About the role

Sagility is actively scheduled to hire for the role of Trainee Process Consultant. Candidates with Any Graduate qualification are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Processing healthcare insurance claims, handling incoming queries, making outgoing calls, and executing actions in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Reviewing, investigating, and performing system adjustments, remittance entries, or claim denials by utilizing internal policy handbooks.

  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings by executing tasks within designated Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Utilizing professional standards and established internal procedures to resolve immediate customer issues or escalating queries to management when necessary.

Eligibility

  • Possess basic knowledge of Claims Administration workflows (Voice operations).
  • Exceptional customer and client interaction capabilities with a passion to manage customer escalations.
  • Experienced or proficient in managing consumer advocacy paths.
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Excel to compile, collate, and summarize multi-layered datasets.
  • Good reasoning, active listening, and strong analytical skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Claims Administration workflows (Voice operations).
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft Office Suite ecosystem.
