About the role

Razorpay is hiring fresh candidates for the Junior Analyst role in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, including HTTP methods, status codes, and request/response handling.
• Ability to read and interpret logs, browser developer tools, and error messages for effective troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL, including writing basic queries and understanding query results.
• Experience using AI tools to support issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong freshers with technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
