Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

About the role

Procore is seeking a senior frontend engineer to join its Hubs Platform team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building a high‑visibility runtime platform that powers UI customization for millions of construction‑software users worldwide. You will collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, performant user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain the Hubs runtime using React, Node.js, TypeScript and Ruby.
• Design micro‑frontend based user interfaces that are reusable and performant.
• Collaborate with product and other frontend teams to enable platform‑wide customization.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and well‑documented code following Procore’s standards.
• Contribute to technical standards, CI/CD pipelines and operational processes.
• Provide 24/7 production support to achieve 99.99% uptime.
• Mentor junior engineers in both technical and soft‑skill areas.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with React, Node.js, TypeScript and Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience in test‑driven development, monitoring, and production incident response.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
