About the role

Poshmark is seeking a Junior Email Support associate to serve as a front-line representative for millions of customers across the Poshmark platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional front-line customer support exclusively through email channels
  • Triage and respond to high volumes of time-sensitive customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues related to order disputes, account access problems, payment concerns, and product inquiries

Eligibility
