NTT Data Network Engineer 2026 is now open for a Network Engineer (L1) role in Bangalore. NTT DATA, a global technology and business services leader, is hiring freshers for an entry-level Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve network incidents.
• Identify, log and troubleshoot technical incidents and problems.
• Perform pre-emptive service, incident and resolution activities to restore service.
• Work with vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and RiverBed.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computing, CS, ECE or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of technical documentation and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba or RiverBed.
• Customer-service orientation with proactive, analytical thinking.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
