About the role

NTT DATA is hiring an Associate Engineer at Mumbai for fresh graduates looking to begin a career in IT infrastructure and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, catching errors before or as soon as they occur.
• Investigate first-line incidents, understand root causes and follow approved procedures for request fulfilment.
• Provide telephonic, ITSM ticket or chat support to clients.
• Execute maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers for continuous service quality.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Diploma in IT, Networking or a related discipline (entry level).
• Freshers / entry level; this is an L1 Associate Engineer role.
• Batch Year: 2024, 2025 and 2026 graduates can apply.

Skills
