About the role

The Analyst – Software Engineering position in Pune is a full‑time role where you will develop, maintain and troubleshoot applications, work on automation projects, and support business teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Gather automation requirements from business units and design suitable technical solutions.
Develop, code, test, debug and deploy software programmes.
Provide ongoing system support and resolve technical issues for users.
Analyse existing systems, suggest enhancements and implement modifications.
Prepare project documentation, reports and training materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth delivery.

Eligibility

A college or university degree is preferred, along with any relevant programming or systems‑analysis experience.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Skills
