NatWest Group Internship 2026 is now open! NatWest Group is actively hiring across 2 fresher intern roles in Bangalore – Software Engineer Intern and Software Tester Intern, both 6-month internships for 2026 graduates.

Responsibilities

• Work in feature teams handling full software life cycle; collaborate to optimise engineering capability; design, produce, test, and implement working code; integrate APIs for seamless data exchange; stay up to date on AI/ML trends.
• Support system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing; escalate issues during testing; review project documents and create test plans; build relationships across project teams.

Eligibility

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech graduates from 2026 batch.
• 0 to 1 year experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Strong written and verbal English to collaborate with stakeholders.

Skills

• 0–1 year experience in Java, Oracle, or React; DevOps, Testing, and Agile methodology; ability to solve highly complex analytical problems.
• 0–1 year experience in software testing; knowledge of SDLC; experience in non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration); excellent analytical skills.
