About the role

Microsoft is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality web user interfaces using React, TypeScript and JavaScript. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of features, code reviews, performance optimisation and integrating AI‑assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and ship scalable, secure and performant web UI solutions with modern frontend technologies.
• Own product features from conception to delivery, identifying blockers and managing timelines.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to improve security, compliance and test coverage.
• Utilise automated analysis, telemetry and metrics to enhance code quality and product stability.
• Apply an AI‑first mindset, responsibly using AI tools throughout development and ensuring the quality of AI‑generated outputs.
