LinkedIn is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer – UI to lead front‑end development for its Learning Solutions Engineering team in Bangalore. The role involves shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering secure, performant, and accessible user experiences for AI‑driven learning products.

Responsibilities

• Own front‑end development for one or more products, collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Write modern, high‑quality code using cutting‑edge web technologies to keep LinkedIn at the forefront of innovation.
• Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and best‑practice standards to elevate the engineering organization.
• Champion craftsmanship by defining strategies, improving engineering productivity, and evangelizing scalable platform solutions.
• Resolve cross‑team conflicts, foster shared technical stack usage, and review peers’ work to spread knowledge.

Eligibility

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of professional experience in front‑end software design and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in building large‑scale, secure, performant, and accessible web applications.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the LinkedIn Bangalore office.
