About the role

Johnson Controls is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees across two India locations – Bangalore and Pune – giving 2025 and 2026 batch freshers a strong start in IT, cybersecurity and infrastructure roles.

Academic Performance: Typically above 50% with no active backlogs.

Skills

Familiarity with programming (Python, Java, C#), basic networking, servers and IT infrastructure concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
