About the role

Myntra is hiring for the position of Associate - Planning at its corporate headquarters in Bangalore. This role provides an incredible launchpad for freshers and early-career professionals to shape the supply chain dynamics of India’s leading fashion e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting: Leverage historical sales records, competitive market trends, and macro factors to generate accurate, optimized demand forecasts.
• Data Analysis: Run systematic deep-dives on massive datasets using Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python scripting to isolate pattern trends, growth vectors, and demand anomalies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and lock assumptions closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to unify consensus forecasting.

Eligibility

• Education: Must possess a valid BE / BTech degree from a recognized Tier 1 engineering institute.
• Experience Window: 0 to 2 years of professional working exposure. Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Core Data Analytics is highly preferred.

Skills

• Strong Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate structured thinking, robust analytical skills, and a strong orientation towards processes.
• Strong Data Analytics: Highly proficient in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python.
