Associate Software Engineer – Power Platform & AI

About the role

The Associate Software Engineer will join Johnson Controls' technology team in Pune to design, build and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The role blends low‑code development with enterprise integration, data visualisation and AI‑driven automation, offering fresh graduates a fast‑track into modern digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps that address real‑world business needs.
• Design, implement and optimise Power Automate cloud flows for end‑to‑end process automation.
• Create data models and integrate data sources using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support AI‑enabled features by configuring Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Generative AI prompts.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, follow ALM practices, and manage source control with Azure Git or GitHub.

Eligibility

• Graduated with B.E, B.Tech or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform or other low‑code environments.
